Training Structure. Sophisticated 4 Step System

I started training when I was 15 years old. Since then I have been progressing, and since then I have been thinking how to do the actual progress. American Council on Exercise has studied the very same thing for years. We both have come to conclusion, that in order to create good overall structure for physical development, we need to have different levels, and ways to train. This is why ACE developed 3 different levels. Basic, Fitness and Performance training. I added my own Beginner level, as I felt need for it. This Beginner level is the actual preparation, for the customer to easily transfer to Basic Training.
